Fiat Bravo II. 120hp T-Jet with a GT1446 setup on the dyno.
Garrett GT1446 turbocharger, 2.0Mjet intercooler, Giulietta 330cc injectors.
ECU has been remapped, of course. I'm so god damn satisfied with this result, aaaaa! :D

we cut a bravo and a giulietta bumper in half and welded together
Any advice on Fiat Bravo 1.6 Diesel Mjet 120hp ? I hardly see people tuning it. I might ask silly questions since I am a beginner but you seem like a person who would have an explanation on my question. Thank you in advance
i also own a 1.6 mjet, and i gave up the tuning. it doesn't have the displacement to tune if efficiently. if You place a hybrid/bigger turbo on it You will lose the low end torque.

hi, thank you. both are custom made. The emblem: i've heated it so it has separated, then sanded then painted to black. The bumper: a giulietta qv and a bravo2 bumper welded together then painted black. :D

First of all congratulations on Bravo, it's magnificent, and very brave indeed hehe Hello, I'm from Brazil, here we like to tune this 1.4 Tjet model in both punto and bravo or linea tjet. The most standard recipes for Stage 3 here are: Bosh Nozzles 65lbs downpipe Intake Turbo BorgWarner K14 or K16, k14 has full pressure at 3,300 rpm Stronger fuel pump Changing fuel to Ethanol (E100) It has a better rate than gasoline and it is safer for us to use it, in addition to having a higher whp gain than gasoline. We have several Tjet with 260whp, 280whp, 296whp, and an incredible point forged with 390whp.

hi there. thank you. peak boost was 1.4, revlimit was like ~1.0 as i remember. can't log it again coz since this gt1238, i put on a gt1446 and now a TD04 :D

Why did you go with the tjet? Was it not better to go with the 165 2.0 sport diesel? Has 15bhp more and one remap without any type of mod can get 200 to 210
answer is simple. i think diesel stinks, and has awful noise. i'm a petrolhead😅
@and also, the 1.4t can be modded quite easily to reach 250bhp or more.
@@MrAndreCoutinho yeah i know that, in the last year i blew up an engine (by a mistake) and installed a td04-19T, running on 300ish hp right now, also using it on trackdays

yes it's a Giu. it is difficult and expensive as heck. literally cut in half a bravo and a giu qv bumper then welded together then painted

this is a compete giulietta qv rear bumper welded to the bravo. literally cut both in half.🤣
213 HP, nice. 120 HP Camshafts? Also, how is the feel at high revs till the limiter? Does it feel strained after 5200 RPM as the power drops?
it has stock camshafts yet. but i already bought the 150hp (bravo) and ready to be replaced. just needs a few tool. after that, i will rev it happily over 5k. now it feels like I'm going to a wall so..😅 not that great.

@@bellicromanx finished installing 150cam, power was like 210 but car feels much much different. revs happily to 6500. beautiful. but now i got TD04 so.. will check with that too

Have you had any problems with the transmission and clutch? Does it hold up well with the extra power?
clutch needs to be replaced, can't hold, m32 seems fine. but i have already replaced the bearings in it

nice ;) the main reason of this swap was a cracked VL housing. garretts doesn't crack that often like ihi.
@ TurboRail produce VL36/38 copy turbos. It's a Italian company and they do quality stuff. Have one in my 120 Grande Punto. 7000km done no cracks 🙂. 330€ shipped.
I'm driving a 1.9 120 diesel version, are you saying that the factory lied about the hp and they have more power?
as far as i know, diesel engines are exact. here, in the video, as you can read, both diesels were remapped

first is mine, She has 145.000 km, second has around 85.000 km as far as i know! :)
@what power output should by written in the manufacturer's specs? Crankshaft engine output or power at wheels (power losses are about 10-15%).
@@tomaszahradka8580 The figures seen in the videos are at the crank. Manufacturer states the numbers for crankshaft as well. On the monitor you can see the numbers measured at the wheel. So in these 2 cases the T-jets performed above the factory statement by about 15%.

Nekem is ilyen van már 1.5 éve, egyszer volt szervizbe csak, alaplap hibával, mondjuk még mindig nem tudom kezelni, pl. visszanézni a felvételeket számítógép nélkül, meg menteni se mindig tudok, de attól független a kedvenc kamerám. :)
a készüléken én sem tudom visszanézni. :) bár talán felesleges is, hisz manapság semeddig sem tart egy sd kártyát egy pc-hez csatlakoztatni. a mentés felülről a második gombbal megy, egy kis kulcs megjelenik a képernyőn ekkor.
